照片中的都是實物嗎?
是，除了模特兒的圖片，其他都是用出售的實物拍攝。
要付運費嗎?
免費快遞送貨上門服務至香港/澳門/台灣。
(如送貨地址屬本港偏遠地區，快遞公司所收取的HK$20 附加費，買家需自己負責)。
外地買家須自付快遞費。

如何付款?
買家可選擇:
1. 付款至我們恆生銀行戶口 (一般恆生/ 匯豐ATM可轉賬)
2. PAYPAL付款 (須另加總額的5%手續費)
付款後何時收貨?
付款後一般3個工作天內可收貨。
付款後貨品卻斷貨或斷碼，怎麼辦?
由於商品流轉快，已確認的貨品至第二天付款後都可能會斷貨。
付款後如遇缺貨，款項可換其他款式、或退款、或留作下次購買結算，我們帳目明晰。
可以更換尺碼嗎?
可以。若收貨後發覺不合身，必須於2天內與我們聯絡更換尺碼。
買家須負責貨品一程運費，約HK$30，而我們則會負責寄回換碼貨品一程運費。
如不確定尺碼，可於下單時提供三圍尺碼給我們替你配碼。
更換尺碼服務只提供給本港買家。
收貨後發現貨品損壞或有污積，怎麼辦?
必須於2天內與我們聯絡，並提供有關照片，方可商討換貨。如遇缺貨，會退回款項。所退換商品必須保證原樣連原包裝退回，否則我們有權拒絕退換貨要求。
退貨標準是什麼?
商品有大面積污跡，大破洞1cm以上。我們出貨前通常會檢查貨品，但因始終是工廠直接出貨，品質一定沒專門店賣的完美。因此小問題如有線頭、車線不完美、蚊型污垢等恕不接受，我們將保留審核商品的最終解釋權。
對於商品質量以外的退換貨要求，如不喜歡、顏色有偏差等，我們一律恕不接受。
為什麼收到的貨品跟照片中的顏色有差別?
顯示屏的不同、照相機的質素、拍照時的光線等種種原因，會令實物及圖片顏色有出入。
對顏色精確度特別執著的買家，請先考慮清楚才下單，恕不接受因色差的退貨要求。

How much is the delivery cost?
We provide FREE courier delivery to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
Overseas buyers have to pay for the courier fee.

When can I receive the ordered products?
Products can be received usually within 3 working days after
payment is made.
What if the item is sold out after payment is made?
A full refund will be made.
Is size exchange available?
Due to high transportation cost, this service is for local
buyers only.
Local buyers have to pay for the product exchange 1-way
delivery charge, approx. HK$30. We shall responsible for return way delivery.
